Terms of Service
Please carefully review these Wellday Terms of Service, as they contain important information regarding your rights and responsibilities.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a public offer between the Wellday platform ("Platform") and the user ("User") and govern the use of Wellday services available at yourwellday.com and in the mobile application.
1.2. By using the Platform, the User confirms they have read these Terms and fully accept them.
1.3. Wellday reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email at least 7 days in advance.
2. Description of Services
2.1. Wellday is a free online wedding planning platform that provides the following services:
For couples: vendor search and booking, budget planning, guest management, seating, checklists, wedding page.
For businesses (vendors): client request management, event calendar, financial analytics, CRM.
2.2. At the time of launch, all Platform features are free for all users.
2.3. Wellday reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future. Users will be notified in advance.
2.4. The Platform acts as an intermediary between couples and vendors and is not responsible for the quality of vendor services.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate information.
3.2. The User is responsible for the security of their account and password.
3.3. Wellday reserves the right to suspend an account for violation of these Terms.
3.4. Minimum age for registration is 18 years old.
4. Bookings and Agreements
4.1. Couples may send booking requests to vendors through the Platform.
4.2. Vendors must confirm or decline a request within 48 hours. If no response is given, the request is automatically cancelled.
4.3. By confirming a booking, the vendor agrees to work with the couple on the specified date.
4.4. The agreement between the couple and vendor is made directly between the parties. Wellday is not a party to this agreement.
4.5. Payment terms, cancellation, and refund conditions are determined directly between the couple and the vendor outside the Platform.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
Providing false information during registration or profile creation.
Using the Platform for fraud or deception of other users.
Publishing false reviews or ratings.
Collecting personal data of other users without their consent.
Posting content that violates copyright or applicable law.
6. Liability
6.1. Wellday provides the Platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6.2. Wellday is not responsible for the quality of vendor services, their conduct, or fulfillment of obligations to couples.
6.3. Wellday is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. In case of disputes between a couple and a vendor, Wellday may act as a mediator but is not obligated to do so.
7.2. Disputes between a User and Wellday shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, through the courts in accordance with Ukrainian law.
